Customer Compensation Policy

Free Exchange Policy
The warranty period is one year after purchase.
If it is not the user's fault, free exchange and firmware update are supported for product defects or functional errors within a year.
Charged Exchange Policy
∙ When the warranty period is over (1 year for device, 6 months for consumables)
∙ Problems caused by prohibited use of this product and violation of precautions when using this product
∙ Problems caused by obvious customer mistakes such as flooding and screen damage
